We are pleased to welcome applications for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Mizan Preparatory Academy seeks families who value a balanced education—one that nurtures both academic excellence and a strong Islamic foundation. Our admissions process is designed to ensure alignment between the program, the student, and the family.

Applications open: April 13th, 2026

Each child must be submitted through a separate application.

Please note: Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be reviewed. All required documents must be submitted to avoid delays in the admissions process.

Mizan Preparatory Academy is a program of Zubaida Foundation and operates as a learning center and enrichment program. Students enrolled in our K–5 program must be registered with an accredited educational provider such as a cyber charter school or homeschool program. Mizan does not operate as a licensed private academic school under Pennsylvania law and does not issue official academic transcripts.

Admissions Process

  • 1. Submit Online Application

    Complete and submit the application along with all required documents and payment.

  • 2. Family Interview

    A meeting with the Admissions Committee to ensure alignment in expectations, values, and goals.

  • 3. Student Visit Day

    Full-day visit for Elementary students. Half-day visit for Pre-K and Kindergarten

    This allows us to assess readiness and ensure a comfortable transition.

  • 4. Initial Enrollment Decision

    Families will receive an tentative notification along with a tuition agreement.

  • 5. Academic Enrollment

    Students must complete enrollment with an accredited program such as PALCS as part of participation in Mizan

  • 6. Seat Confirmation

    Final acceptance is contingent upon proof of enrollment in an accredited cyber school or homeschool program

Tuition & Fees (2026-2027)

As part of our founding year, we are offering a limited founding family rate for early enrollees. Payment can be made in one lump sum, or in 10 monthly installments. Tuition payments begin in July

Annual Tuition

  • Pre-Kindergarten (Age 4+): Program launching pending licensing approval*

  • Kindergarten – Grade 4: $5,500

Fees:

  • Activity & Supplies: $500

  • Application: $75

    • 10% off second child

    • 15% off third (and additional) children
